Chocolate & Blueberry Chia “Ice Cream”

Prep Time: 5 minutes
Processing Time: 3 minutes
Serves: 4

Ingredients:

For Ice Cream:

3 frozen organic bananas, sliced

2 large Medjool dates, pitted & soaked

1 teaspoon raw cocoa powder

2 teaspoons organic chia seeds

For Blueberry Cream:

1 organic banana

1 cup frozen organic blueberries

1 teaspoon maca powder (optional)

Directions:

For Ice Cream:

1. In a food processor combine all the ingredients and blend until creamy.

2.  Transfer to a bowl and place in the freezer while you prepare blueberry cream.

For Blueberry Cream:

1. Combine all ingredients in food processor and blend until creamy.

2. Add blueberry cream to the ice cream and fold together just enough to leave swirls of blueberry.

3. Serve immediately or freeze in an airtight container.
