Watermelon Pizza Recipe
Here’s a fresh, delicious and colorful summertime fruit platter that’ll pleasantly surprise and entice your guests. Create this dish in minutes. Enjoy!
Watermelon Pizza
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Serves: 4
Ingredients:
1 medium seedless watermelon
½ cup macadamia nuts, chopped
¼ cup dried goji berries
½ cup fresh blueberries, halved
2 kiwi fruits, peeled and sliced thin
Handful fresh mint leaves, minced (optional)
Handful edible flower petals (optional)
Directions:
1. Use the widest part of the watermelon to cut four 1-inch thick rounds. Each round will form the base of a “pizza.”
2. Decorate each round with the fruit, nut, and garnish toppings you like best.
3. Use a chef’s knife to cut each “pizza” into 8 wedges
4. Serve immediately
5. Watermelon Pizza will keep up to one day, covered and refrigerated.
