Here’s a refreshing and colorful springtime smoothie recipe full of vibrant reds and greens!  Enjoy this easy to make beverage on your way to work or as an afternoon pick-me-up.

Strawberry Basil Smoothie

Prep Time: 5 Minutes
Serves: 2

Ingredients:

2 cups frozen strawberries

1 1/2 cups cherry tomatoes

1/4 cup dried goji berries

2 large medjool dates, pitted

2 tablespoons mashed avocado

2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice

1 tablespoon (packed) minced fresh basil

1 cup coconut water

Directions

1.  Blend all the ingredients together until smooth.  Taste and sweeten if desired.

2. Pour into glasses and serve.
