Raw Organic Mango Lassi
Prep Time: 10 Minutes (excludes freeze time for orange juice)
Makes: 1-2 Servings
Ingredients:
¼ cup raw organic cashews
1 cup fresh coconut water
1 ripe organic mango, pitted
1 teaspoon non-alcoholic organic vanilla extract
1 teaspoon organic cinnamon
1 teaspoon organic cardamom
1 cup organic orange juice, frozen in an ice cube tray
Directions:
1. Blend cashews and coconut water at high speed until smooth.
2. Add mango, vanilla, cinnamon, and cardamom and blend until smooth.
3. Add frozen orange juice and blend to a slushy consistency.
4. Serve immediately.
