Power Seed Butter Recipe

Power Seed Butter
Prep Time: 15 minutes
Makes: 12 servings
1 cup organic roasted almonds (unsalted)
1/2 cup hemp seeds
2/3 cup pepitas
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
2 tablespoons grapeseed oil
1. Put the almonds into a food processor and grind them into a flour for about 30 seconds.
2. Add the remaining ingredients and blend 10 to 12 minutes, stopping the machine and scraping down the sides as needed. This will transform the mixture into a very smooth, creamy nut & seed butter with a nice sheen.
3. Store the Power Seed Butter in a glass jar with a lid in the refrigerator – it will last for several months.
