Green Smoothie Recipe
A green smoothie is one of my favorite ways to start the day – here’s a quick, easy and delicious recipe to help you start your morning off energetically. Enjoy!
Green Machine Smoothie
Prep Time: 10-15 minutes
Serves: 2
INGREDIENTS:
6 chopped romaine leaves
4 stemmed & chopped kale leaves
1 1/2 cups water
1/2 cup chopped pineapple
1/2 cup parsley leaves
1/2 cup chopped mango
1-inch piece fresh ginger, peeled & chopped
DIRECTIONS:
1. Place the romaine leaves, kale leaves, water, pineapple, parsley, mango, and ginger into a blender.
2. Cover and blend until smooth, stopping to push down anything sticks to the sides.
3. Pour into glasses and serve. Enjoy!
