Chia Seed Blueberry Pudding Recipe

Chia Seed Blueberry Maple Pudding
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Serves: 2
Ingredients:
1 cup fresh blueberries
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 tbsp maple syrup
½ tsp latte spice mix*
¼ cup chia seeds
1 small handful slivered almonds
Directions:
1. In a bowl, add the almond milk, latte spice mix, maple syrup and chia seeds.
2. Let sit for 15 minutes, stirring once or twice.
3. Garnish with fresh blueberries.
Tip: Keep your Chia Seed Blueberry Maple Pudding in an unsealed container, refrigerated for up to 2 days.
*Latte Spice Mix: 2 parts ground cinnamon, 2 parts nutmeg, 1 part cloves
