Enjoy this fresh, delicious and colorful salad that’s quick and easy to make. Full of wonderful flavors and textures – it is sure to be a favorite as either a main or side dish. Bon Appetit!

Avocado

Avocado Mango Broccoli Salad

Prep Time: 15 Minutes
Serves: 3-4

Ingredients:

2 ripe avocados

2 ripe mangoes

2-3 cups broccoli, chopped

1/2 cup red onion, chopped

3/4 cup raisins

Himalayan salt and pepper, to taste

Directions:

1. Combine all ingredients.

2. Chill and serve!
