Shrimp with Cilantro-Mint Sauce Recipe

Shrimp with Cilantro-Mint Sauce
Prep Time: 15 minutes
Cook Time: 10 minutes
Serves: 4
Ingredients:
2 teaspoons minced fresh ginger
¼ cup packed fresh organic mint
¼ cup packed fresh organic cilantro
1 tablespoon raw organic honey
¼ cup rice vinegar
½ cup canola oil
Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
2 pounds fresh wild-caught shrimp
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients except for the shrimp until completely blended and smooth.
2. Grill shrimp on barbecue or in saucepan for 10 minutes or until cooked through.
3. Place hot shrimp on plates and spoon sauce on top.
4. Serve immediately.
